Mail order, as convenient as it is, does have one drawback, the consumer's inability to actually see and touch the products prior to purchasing them. Delta Signs & Flags understands this and wants to minimize that drawback.

All in-stock items carry a 7 day money-back guarantee if the item is damaged. You must call for return authorization. Otherwise, no refunds are accepted. Return shipping must be paid by the customer. No refunds or returns on special order items, unless another method is specified. Please call for this type of arrangement.
